Cancer is the biggest killer and cause of disability in children and adults in New Zealand. There are 327 new diagnoses each week affecting 5232 family members.

Kenzie’s Gift will provide community based specialist practitioners to assist with the emotional stress that families affected by cancer are under.

Research has shown therapeutic interventions improve quality of life.

Combined with Nic Russell's professional and personal experiences is the added expertise of The Guardian Trust and The Kenzie’s Gift Board:

Kenzie’s Gift Advisors:

Patch Adams. - Patch Adams has joined us in the capacity of advisor and become the public figure of Kenzie’s Gift. His life was the template for the plot of the movie Patch Adams, starring Robin Williams. Patch Adams is a Doctor, social activist, professional clown, performer and author.
