The inaugural Art Street Contest will take place on Sunday 5th April. It is a children’s art competition using ‘chalk on pavement’.
The children will be allocated to one of the following age categories:
5-7 years; 8-10 years or 11-12 years (age as at 5th April 2009)
1st, 2nd & 3rd Prizes in each age category:
5-7 years – House of Toys Vouchers worth $75; $50 & $35
8-10 years - Cash Prizes of $150; $100 & $75
11-12 years – Cash Prizes of $250; $150 & $100
Art Competition Entry Fee: $5 per child
Spectator Entry Fee: Free
A fun family day out with lots of activities including artists painting caricatures; bouncy castles, face painting, sausage sizzle, whippy ice cream and lots more.
Proceeds from the event will go to Kenzie’s Gift.
