Our Programs

Kenzie's Gift services are free and designed to improve the emotional well-being and good mental health of children, young people and families affected by serious illness, a diagnosis of cancer, or a bereavement in the family.

Our one-to-one therapy programme for children and young adults can reduce incidences of anxiety, depression, isolation, anger and other psychosocial issues associated with childhood trauma, and equip children with useful tools to help them cope at the time and in the future.

Our programme is informed by current, evidence-based best practice for the provision of psychosocial care and support for children and young people, and is delivered by registered Adult and Child Psychotherapists Lorna Wood, Jean Parkinson and Jill Buchanan.

We can provide families with our printed resource packs. The  'My Journey Kit' is a pack of information for children and adults and contains helpful tools, resources and practical tips to support families through challenging times The ‘Memories are Forever’ pack is designed to help children and families through times of bereavement.

I knew I couldn't sort out these problems on my own. I desperately needed help. Kenzie's Gift has been wonderful. It's lovely to hear all of my children laugh again.
