Our vision is to ensure no young Kiwi faces serious illness or grief alone.
We do this by providing 1-on-1 therapy with registered mental health professionals, serious illness and grief support kits and extensive online resources. The right support at the right time is life-changing and you can help us provide this.
Tamariki / children are often left to grieve alone because mātua / parents and caregivers and extended whānau are struggling to cope. Feelings of isolation and loneliness can create social, behavioural and academic problems that can last into adulthood.
It’s estimated that one in every 20 Kiwi kids will experience a bereavement by the age of 18. Kenzie’s Gift provides tamariki / children with the tools to cope, both now and in the future. When you donate to Kenzie’s Gift, you’re giving tamariki / children and their families the mental health support they desperately need during some of life's toughest times.
We receive no government funding for our services, and we rely in part on the generosity of people like you to ensure we can provide this. Every dollar we receive helps young Kiwis and their whānau get the help they need, when they need it most. This wrap-around support includes therapy, serious illness and grief support kits, and expert resources.
