Lucy is a registered Health Psychologist with over 20 years of extensive experience in coping with illness and grief and loss. She has worked for The Cancer Society, Te Whatu Ora Cancer Support Service, Canteen, in private practice, as well as Anxiety NZ and Fresh Minds.

Lucy is a registered Health Psychologist with over 20 years of extensive experience in coping with illness and grief and loss. She has worked for The Cancer Society, Te Whatu Ora Cancer Support Service, Canteen, in private practice, as well as Anxiety NZ and Fresh Minds.

Lucy specialises in working with cancer, chronic and acute illness such as neurodegenerative, diabetes and cardiology, as well as anxiety disorders, grief, and neurodiversity. With a focus on strengths-based therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion, Lucy aims to improve the wellbeing of rangatahi and whānau.

Lucy is based in Ponsonby, Auckland and also offers sessions via Zoom.
