We don’t receive any government funding and rely on the amazing support of people like you to keep our services running. There are so many ways you can get involved and help us support young Kiwis going through some of life’s toughest times – check out our fundraising ideas for schools, workplaces and individuals.
Whether you’re an individual, school or work team looking for fundraising ideas or would like to become a regular donor, you’ll find everything you need here. Our supporters are true heroes, spreading the word about Kenzie’s Gift and raising vital funds to help us reach more tamariki / children and their whānau who desperately need our help.
It’s estimated 1 in 20 tamariki / children will experience a bereavement by the age of 16. The mental health services to support these grieving tamariki / children is sadly lacking. That’s why we’re on a mission to help these young Kiwis and their whānau affected by serious illness or grief.
By supporting us, you’re directly helping us provide 1-on-1 therapy with registered mental health professionals, serious illness and grief support kits and extensive online resources to those young Kiwis that need it most.
Serious illness and grief can feel overwhelming and isolating. Every dollar that’s raised or donated goes directly to helping young Kiwis and their whānau get the help they need, when they need it most.
