Veronica has worked in a range of public, private and third sector settings and is trained in and able to use a range of assessment and treatment approaches including relational, attachment-based, cognitive behavioural, systemic,mentalization-based, DBT skills and psychodynamic.

She has worked with tamariki, adolescents, adults, couples, groups and families for many years in both Aotearoa and the UK. . She is an experienced clinical professional supervisor of other clinicians across professional disciplines. She also worked as a consultant and advisor in the UK on best practice in working with families, parenting and high risk, complex presentations. Veronica managed services for over ten years in the UK, specializing in child and family community services. Her professional interest areas are adolescence, parent-child relationships, family systems, negotiating transitions, separation and loss, abuse and trauma, and couple work.
